A faction of Martian refugees live inside a crashed generation ship on a foreign moon, while members of the genetically modified Terra Corps establish precarious colonies on harsh, uncharted planets.

DEIDRE, a flawed genetic masterpiece, must prove herself as the only female cadet at the Terra Ex Academy. She finds an ally in TRISTAM, who has a couple things to prove himself, and fast.

Meanwhile, on the frozen planet of Terra 9, THETA SEVEN tries to escape the lightless mountain base by earning a spot on the daring Ice Crews. She'll do anything she can, even making a bargain that could ruin her. And then there's THE MEDIC—all he has to do is keep everyone alive.

All are trying to survive worlds they were not made for.

The Architect stepped toward the portal, and his faceplate slanted toward Deidre. “You may not be a mistake after all. Prove me right.”
